Not yet, for now, one account manages the wedding. Inviting collaborators (bridesmaids, parents, your planner) so they can see and update things themselves is on our roadmap.
When you set your wedding date, we start you off with a short checklist for where you're marrying (booking the venue, your officiant, photographer, and so on) with due dates worked backward from your date. You can add more from the full library whenever you're ready.
Yes, click the pencil icon on any task to add notes. That's also what carries over automatically if you link the task to a budget item, so you're not retyping the same details twice.
It sends you to the Budget page with that task's title and notes already filled in, so booking details you've already typed don't need retyping as a cost line.
Yes, download the CSV template from the Guests page, fill it in, and upload it. A row with a name in the "Plus One Name" column adds both people as their own guests, each trackable individually.
Copy your wedding site link from the dashboard and share it. Guests find their name, respond, and can leave dietary requirements, no account needed on their end.
Yes. Only you and anyone you've given access to your wedding can see it, it's never public, and it's protected the same way as the rest of your account data.
It matches how most venues and suppliers actually invoice: a deposit to secure the booking, then the final balance closer to the day. Track both per budget line, with a due date for the balance.
Everything. For your first 30 days you have full access to every part of MarryHQ: guests, budget, seating, suppliers, ceremony planning and your wedding website. You don't need a card to start.
After your free 30 days, your plan pauses until you subscribe. MarryHQ is an annual subscription (€49, £45, $55, C$75, A$89 or NZ$95 a year, depending on your currency) that renews every year until you cancel. Nothing is deleted while your plan is paused, and you can download your guest list any time.
Yes, any time, from your Billing page. You keep full access until the end of the year you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Not yet, listing is free while we grow the directory. We'll introduce a €200/year listing fee once there's real traction from couples, and suppliers who submit early keep their free listing until then.
No. Unlike directory sites that make their money from supplier advertising, MarryHQ is paid for by couples, not suppliers, so we've no incentive to hand your details around or push you toward vendors you haven't chosen yourself. You only ever share your details with a supplier when you choose to contact them, and then it's from your own email or WhatsApp. MarryHQ doesn't send or store those messages.
